In recent sessions before the United Nations General Assembly, the challenges of Statecraft were brought center stage as representatives of the Russian Federation, the State of Israel and the United States of America were each afforded time to espouse their causes. In their brief moment on the world stage, each nation was represented by an individual head of state.
In this document, as is the custom, we make no comment upon the content of the presentations but about the use — or lack thereof — of eye contact as one of the defining tools of personal signature. From our perspective, you do it well, or you do it poorly — and the world takes notice!
