Tribute to Wisdom

This week we remember Jennifer StJohn, our Chairman & CEO.

There are very few people these days who impart wisdom, genuine care and a desire to serve.  Even fewer that leave an impact on your career and life in general. Jennifer StJohn was one of those individuals.  Those of us who had the opportunity to be in her orbit, sit down for a consult or experience her teachings, would agree.  I was certainly one of the fortunate ones.

One of the most profound discussions I had with her was about everyone being a “client.”  She saw that many of us have a certain persona when dealing with clients that is charming, engaging, patient, tolerant and willing to help.  Yet, that persona changes with employees, friends, spouses, significant others, family, etc.

Her advice…”Everybody’s a client.”  Consider applying Jennifer’s advice across all aspects of your life, and perhaps everyone will be better served.
