Client Relationship Manager
Working side-by-side with the President since 1999, Cheri demonstrates an extraordinary level of energy and dedication to her job. She enjoys prospect calling for new clients while helping to manage Fusion’s existing client relationships. A strategic thinker, Cheri assesses the client’s needs and recommends the best next steps in the areas of sales, communication, strategy and management, helping the clients reach their next level. She also coordinates with the consultants and clients to schedule the training sessions as well as producing and tracking invoices. Cheri is an excellent ambassador of The Fusion Group ensuring that the quality of her work measures up to Fusion standards.
Before joining The Fusion Group, Cheri spent six years in the U.S. Navy as a photo-journalist assigned to Naval Station Roosevelt Roads in Puerto Rico. Her experience in conducting interviews, writing, designing the layout of newspapers and photography, as well as her Spanish language fluency, has been an asset to The Fusion Group, especially in her role as the company’s official photographer. Following her career in the Navy, Cheri and her husband owned and operated their own advertising agency in Puerto Rico before moving to Florida.
Cheri has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Southern New Hampshire. When not competing in a tennis match, or snapping photos, Cheri can be found on the beach, at a Zumba class or on a family vacation with her husband, two sons and their dog, “Sunshine.”
