Danielle joined Fusion in 2001 and brings with her a background in training and organizational development including facilitating in-house corporate educational programs and designing curricula for major corporate training events. As an instructor, she has taught communication courses and public speaking at both the collegiate and professional levels.
At Fusion, she has a pragmatic approach to teaching that combines humor and artistry to achieve “bottom line” results. Danielle works with a diverse international client base at either Fusion’s headquarters or the client’s location worldwide: London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Switzerland are her favorite work destinations. She works with clients in a broad range of industries: financial, advertising agencies and healthcare, to name a few.
In addition to teaching, Danielle helps individuals and organizations to succinctly articulate their messages through Fusion’s Story Development and Pitching processes. She is passionately committed to helping organizations align their communication, sales, marketing and strategy to achieve “One Story, Many Voices!®”
Danielle has a lifelong love of presenting. She represented the state of Michigan in the category of Dramatic Interpretation at the National Forensic League (NFL) competition in 1987. Her experience as an actress has given her a unique understanding of the adage “all the world is a stage” which she applies to everyday business practices.
Ever the student, Danielle routinely participates in self-study. In 2010, she became certified in Neuro-linguistic programming, Hypnosis and Time Techniques™. In 2012, she became a certified Infinite Possibilities® trainer. She is an avid student of quantum physics and devotes much of her free time to the lofty pursuit of understanding the underpinnings of how the universe truly works. She has a B.F.A. in Theatre and an M. A. in Communication from Florida Atlantic University. Danielle is also a board member of Blue Planet Writer’s Room, a nonprofit organization that promotes cross cultural communication of international students through artistic collaborations.
When not teaching or studying, Danielle may be found attending theatre, painting, or kayaking. Originally from Birmingham, Michigan, she lives in West Palm Beach, Florida with her partner, Andrew, who works offshore operating automated underwater vehicles (AUVs), their dog, Duke, and two cats, Molly and Nathan Detroit.
